Helmet parts
The outer shell of the helmet is made of para aramid fabric bonded with phenol-formaldehyde resin. On the inside, it is applied a layer of coated polyamide.
The inner part of the outer shell is covered with a layer of expanded polystyrene, 20 mm thick covered with a lining of 3 mm thick, laminated polyester knit.
The suspension system is a 3 point construction, made of straps and buckles to allow adjustment according to the wearer head. The front strap allows adjustment according to the size of the head.
The detacheable hood is made of mesh fabric, attached to the suspension system with hook and loop (Velcro) patches.
The neck protector is made of multilayer woven para aramid and polyamide layer coated packet in a black leather cover. The neck protector connects to the helmet with metal buttons.
The Visor – face shield is made of 3 mm thick polycarbonate, curved. The face visor can be lifted and lowered and locked in position with the use of the special hinge. The outside of the visor is scratch resistant and the inner part of the visor is fogproof.
The helmet is delivered with transport bag.

The visor provides very good visibility, without deformations of the image, assuring light transmission over 85% and a view angle over 110 degree.
The helmet is fitted with gas mask hooks to ensure fast and reliable gas mask attachment. The helmet protects the head and the jaw of the operator against mechanical threats. The helmet resistance is not affected by the attached gas mask, the gas mask attachments and the visor normal function is not affected by the gas mask attached to the helmet. The neck protector protects the neck of the operator against mechanical threats and allows the free movement of the head and neck.
The inner layers of the helmet outer shell and the suspension system absorbs the mechanical shock resulted from the the impact with hard objects.
The helmet is resistant to petroleum products/solvents and it is flame resistant.
